Engineering has worked with the load balancer vendor to identify a solution to the issue, and will be applying the load balancer update during this maintenance window.

The Emergency Maintenance performed through 04:00 (MDT) today has been closed. No customer impact occurred during the maintenance and the affected cluster remains stable and fully operational. Engineers continue to work with hardware and software manufacturers to determine a root cause of Tuesday’s failure of the single database cluster member. If additional steps are required which may impact availability, another Maintenance notification will be issued.

Engineers will perform the necessary steps to stabilize the affected cluster. This may cause brief periods (expected to last approximately 2 minutes) of inaccessibility as the cluster is repaired and fail-over tests are performed. An update will be sent when more information is available.
