ImageSilo Emergency Maintenance Notification – Jan. 20, 2014

Start Date: January 20, 2014 (Monday)
Start Time: 18:00 (MST)
Finish Date: January 21, 2014 (Tuesday)
Finish Time: 04:00 (MST)

Purpose: Diagnose and repair failed storage components.

Customer Impact: ImagSilo engineers are responding to a failure of part of the storage subsystem. No customers have been impacted due to the redundant nature of the architecture. Vendor engineers have been engaged and ImageSilo engineers will continue to work the issue until full redundancy is restored. Repairs may require manual failovers that could introduce multiple periods of higher than normal latency as well as short (2-4 minute) periods of unavailability. An update will be posted when the issue has been resolved or if further impact is expected.
