Purpose: Complete work originally scheduled for April 20, 2012. An upstream network provider will be upgrading network infrastructure.

Customer Impact: During the previously scheduled maintenance on April 20, the network provider experienced issues moving some data connections to new network infrastructure. As such, the maintenance was not completed. To complete that work, on Friday night, May 4, an upstream network provider will be moving multiple data connections that may affect ImageSilo to new equipment as part of a major network overhaul. After the move is completed, ImageSilo engineers will work with the provider to ensure that all primary and redundant paths are fully operational. No customer impact is expected, however, due to the nature of the issues experienced on April 20, and out of an abundance of caution, we would recommend planning for up to an hour of interruption on Friday night.
