Purpose: Update SSL/TLS certificates for all database servers and move NetApp OnTap instance to new hardware.

Customer Impact: ImageSilo Engineers will update the SSL/TLS certificates for all database servers. The expected impact is 2 brief periods of increased latency. In addition, AWS has scheduled maintenance for the underlying hardware on a NetApp OnTap instance in AWS. ImageSilo engineers will take steps to move the instance to new hardware. Due to the redundant nature of the ImageSilo architecture, no customer impact is expected.
