Customer Impact: ImageSilo engineers will be performing maintenance on storage systems. Although no customer impact is expected, it is remotely possible that storage system respose times could be  longer than usual, resulting in slightly longer times to retrieve documents.

Purpose: Update system firmware and change network configuration.

Customer Impact: ImageSilo engineers will be updating firmware on most systems within the ImageSilo network. The firmware update is not expected to impact customers. Additionally, engineers will be modifying network teaming on the database clusters. As such, two short (up to 2 minute) interuptions are expected as cluster members manually failover.
