This is to notify you of a planned upgrade to ImageSilo R80. The upgrade is currently planned to take place the week of June 8, 2015. As usual, upgrades may take place during normal business hours as no customer impact is expected (other than potentially having to log back into ImageSilo). Below is the currently planned schedule:

June 9, 2015: Upgrade of all automation servers – no customer impact expected
June 10, 2015: Upgrade of all application servers – no customer impact expected
June 11, 2015: Upgrade of all public facing web servers – possible need to re-authenticate (log back in)

Please note that these dates are subject to change. If changes occur, another ImageSilo Upgrade Notification will be sent to you.

Below is a partial list of the new features that are included in R80:

• New Recycle Bin: Enable the new recycle bin on your projects to allow you to easily restore items that were accidentally deleted by users.
• Added a new “Direct Launch” user option for viewing documents in the Web Assistant.  This option requires version R80 (or later) of the Web Assistant to be installed.
• New document search service: The underlying technology for searching for documents in ImageSilo has been completely redesigned to provide better performance as well as improved paging capabilities for all project, global, full-text searches or when using PVESearchURL. This new service also allows global search results and associated document results to include Next/Previous page capabilities. There is also a new “Query After Indices” option on the Full-Text search screen to allow users to execute a full-text search against a subset of documents found from an Index level search. Also, when executing a project search, the entire results list is sorted before returning any results.
• Added the ability to download and print E-Forms as PDF’s.
