Purpose: Move NetApp OnTap instance to new hardware

Customer Impact: AWS has scheduled maintenance for the underlying hardware on a NetApp OnTap instance in AWS. ImageSilo engineers will take steps to move the instance to new hardware. Due to the redundant nature of the ImageSilo architecture, brief periods of increased latency are expected.

Purpose: Apply update to database cluster

Customer Impact: ImageSilo Engineers will apply an update to the ImageSilo database cluster. Due to the redundant nature of the ImageSilo architecture, customer impact is expected to be limited to a period of inaccessibility lasting up to 60 seconds during cluster failover.
