A handful of customers have notified us that they have been experiencing slower than expected performance while retrieving documents on ImageSilo this morning. Whereas we work every day to meet or exceed our customers’ expectations, this Service Bulletin is to let you know that we are investigating the issue. We will update you as information becomes available. As always, we appreciate your business.

Purpose: Upgrade security and firewall infrastructure.
Customer Impact: ImageSilo engineers will be upgrading (through complete replacement) the ImageSilo security and firewall infrastructure. Months of testing have been performed in order to certify the new infrastructure components and to help ensure all services are transitioned smoothly and quickly. Customer impact is expected to be two periods of inaccessibility (up to 15 minutes each) during the initial transition followed by three to four brief (two minute) periods of high latency and possible inaccessibility while failover and redundancy tests are performed with the production implementation. Although engineers intend to have completed the entire process by the early morning hours of Saturday, October 20, an extended maintenance period is being reserved to address any unforeseen issues.
