ImageSilo Maintenance Notification – Jul. 28, 2017

Purpose: Upgrade ImageSilo firewall infrastructure and add additional network circuits.

Customer Impact: ImageSilo engineers will be upgrading the ImageSilo firewalls with new devices. The expected customer impact of the replacement operation is up to 15 (fifteen) minutes of inaccessibility. Multiple manual fail-overs will be performed as part of the final verification of the firewalls and are expected to result in several periods of increased latency. Finally, new network circuits will be brought online and tested; no customer impact related to these new circuits is expected.

ImageSilo Informational Message – Jul. 14, 2017

This informational message is intended to provide an updated notification related to the upgrade of ImageSilo to R83. In an effort to ensure a smooth roll-out, our quality assurance and engineering teams have been working diligently to validate the release on ImageSilo prior to public availability. Completing our internal validation process on the ImageSilo platform should only take a few more days to complete. We anticipate the public availability cut-over of the release to be made sometime next week. Until such time, please continue to enjoy ImageSilo R82, which contains tremendous enhancements over previous releases.
