Purpose: Make SSL/TLS changes on load balancers and modify network topology.

Customer Impact: ImageSilo Engineers will be making changes to our SSL/TLS secure communications by disabling outdated protocols (such as TLS 1.0) and ciphers. This should have no impact on customers using supported browser versions. ImageSilo engineers will also make additional firewall configuration changes. During the validation, engineers will perform manual fail-overs of the firewalls, which are expected to cause brief periods of increased latency.
