Purpose: Make some minor changes to the ImageSilo network topology.

Customer Impact: ImageSilo engineers will be making some minor changes to the ImageSilo network topology to provide better system management bandwidth for ImageSilo engineering and administration. This is a continuation of a project that began months ago. Since then, we have continued working with our internet service providers to address issues that caused us to back out the changes made previously. Once again, no customer impact is expected.
