Purpose: Another upstream network provider will be performing maintenance on a member circuit of our network.

Customer Impact: An upstream network provider will be performing maintenance on their circuit. Due to the redundant nature of the ImageSilo network, these changes should be transparent to customers with only brief periods of increased latency and packet loss as routes re-converge.

ImageSilo Emergency Maintenance Notification – Oct. 8, 2014

Purpose: Reboot perimeter security devices.

Customer Impact: ImageSilo engineers must immediately reboot perimeter security devices to address a pressing issue that is hampering administrators and engineers from maintaining connections – this is NOT an issue that affects customers. The expected impact is a brief period of latency and potential packet loss while the devices failover.
