ImageSilo Maintenance Notification – Mar. 23, 2012

Start Date: March 23, 2012 (Friday)
Start Time: 20:00 (MDT)
Finish Date: March 26, 2012 (Monday)
Finish Time: 04:00 (MDT)

Purpose: An upstream network provider will be making changes to their core internet service infrastructure.

Customer Impact: Customer impact is expected to be limited to three minutes of high latency and less than one minute of packet loss due to BGP convergence when traffic is moved between redundant links.

ImageSilo Emergency Maintenance Notification – Mar. 14, 2012

Start Date: March 14, 2012 (Wednesday)
Start Time: 20:00 (MDT)
Finish Date: March 15, 2012 (Thursday)
Finish Time: 04:00 (MDT)

Purpose: An upstream network provider will be replacing failed hardware in a core router.

Customer Impact: Network provider engineers will be changing OSPF metrics before and after the hardware replacement to force traffic to redundant links. During these changes customers are expected to experience latency or traffic interruption for up to 10 seconds.
