Purpose:  Address database server failure.
Customer Impact:   ImageSilo engineers have been continuing to investigate a failure of one of the members of the database clusters. Engineers will work with the hardware vendor to replace failed components on the cluster member, after which testing may cause brief periods (expected to last approximately 2 minutes) of inaccessibility as the cluster is failed-over to confirm the repairs.

The Emergency Maintenance performed through  04:00 (MDT) today has been closed. No customer impact occurred during the maintenance and the affected cluster remains stable and fully operational. Engineers continue to work with hardware and software manufacturers to determine a root cause of Tuesday’s failure of the single database cluster member. If additional steps are required which may impact availability, another Maintenance notification will be issued.

Customer Impact: ImageSilo engineers have been investigating a failure of one of the members of the database clusters. Due to the redundant architecture of ImageSilo, the affected database cluster failed over to the redundant member and is currently serving requests. Engineers will perform the necessary steps to stabilize the affected cluster. This may cause brief periods (expected to last approximately 2 minutes) of inaccessibility as the cluster is repaired and fail-over tests are performed. An update will be sent when more information is available.
