The purpose of this communication is to let you know that the ImageSilo Engineering Team has been forced to delay the relocation of our primary ImageSilo operations to a new data center originally scheduled for June 14th through June 17th.  While our ImageSilo engineers have meticulously planned the move months, we also must rely on our supplier partners to meet and/or exceed their commitments to us.  Unfortunately one of our critical telco partners has notified us that they are having difficulty meeting their agreed upon deadlines.  Our Engineering team feels that this uncertainty on their part puts you, our valued customers, at unnecessary risk for an increased service interruption interval during the originally planned maintenance window.  We apologize for any inconvenience this maintenance window cancellation may have caused you but please be assured that our primary objective is to continue to provide you, our valued customers, with the legendary service you have become accustomed to with ImageSilo.  In short, if we feel we cannot perform and deliver at a world-class level, then we will not attempt to do so until we are confident we can.  Once we are confident that our vendor partners have performed and we have had time to adequately test their work we will reschedule the relocation of the primary ImageSilo operations to a new data center.  We appreciate your business and the trust you put in us.
