ImageSilo Maintenance Notification – Jan. 30, 2010

Start Date: Saturday, January 30, 2010
Start Time: 09:00 MST
Finish Date: Sunday, January 31, 2010
Finish Time: 05:00 MST

Purpose: Upstream network providers will be replacing a failed hard drive in one router (Saturday) and a failed power supply in another router (Sunday).

Customer Impact: ImageSilo customers will be routed through redundant internet feeds while the equipment is replaced on the routers. Customers should not experience any loss of connectivity, but may experience latency while the traffic re-converges.
