Purpose: Monitor AWS Instances

Customer Impact:  ImageSilo engineers are investigating issues with AWS instances.  At this point there is no impact to Imagesilo performance, but there is some potential for degradation in the future until this is resolved.  Engineers will continue to work on these issues to resolution, engaging vendor resources as needed.

Purpose: Perform Failover of file server instances

Customer Impact:  ImageSilo engineers are monitoring issues with file servers in AWS.  At this point there is no impact to Imagesilo performance, but there is some potential for service degradation.  Engineers will perform a failover of these instances at 20:30 (MDT) today to resolve these issues.  During this failover customers may experience increased latency for a period lasting up to 30 minutes.
