This Service Bulletin Update is in regards to the Emergency Maintenance that was declared yesterday afternoon (February 1, 2011). ImageSilo engineers worked throughout the night to troubleshoot the issue that was identified. The issue is believed to be a faulty circuit between Denver and Kansas City facilities. The circuit has been disconnected and plans are to leave it disconnected until the circuit is decomissioned. There was no customer impact for use of the ImageSilo services.
