Purpose: Identify and resolve network issue.
Customer Impact: ImageSilo engineers are investigating a networking issue that, as of this time, is not affecting service. A circuit that is believed to related to the issue has been disconnected and engineers are working to identify the cause of the issue and resolve it before it becomes a customer impacting issue. Equipment vendors have been engaged. Engineers may take steps to resolve the issue that cause temporary interuption of ImageSilo services. An update will be posted once the issue has been resolved.
