Purpose: Replace failed hardware on database cluster member.
Customer Impact: A member of one of the database clusters experienced a hardware failure early this morning. Replacement hardware has been dispatched. ImageSilo engineers will be replacing the hardware upon arrival. Due to the highly redundant nature of the ImageSilo, no customer impact is expected.
