Engineering has worked with the load balancer vendor to identify a solution to the issue, and will be applying the load balancer update during this maintenance window.

This maintenance will only affect entities whose entity ID starts with 59, in addition to another single entity (which will be contacted via phone). For the affected entities, expected impact is up to three (3) hours of unavailability while the databases are transferred. For all other entities, no customer impact is expected.
