ImageSilo Emergency Maintenance Notification – Jun. 13, 2019

Purpose: Perform Failover of file server instances

Customer Impact:  ImageSilo engineers are monitoring issues with file servers in AWS.  At this point there is no impact to Imagesilo performance, but there is some potential for service degradation.  Engineers will perform a failover of these instances at 20:30 (MDT) today to resolve these issues.  During this failover customers may experience increased latency for a period lasting up to 30 minutes.

ImageSilo Maintenance Notification – Nov. 5, 2018

Purpose: Migrate FTP database server

Customer Impact: ImageSilo engineers will be upgrading the FTP database server.  This will result in unavailability for FTP services of up to an hour as the database is migrated.  This will start promptly at 6:00 AM to take advantage of the lowest-use period for FTP and to give engineers access to vendor technical support for assistance if there are issues with the migration, and will be completed as early as possible.

Purpose: Address degraded FTP performance

Customer Impact: ImageSilo engineers are continuing to work on issues with FTP performance.  Engineers have engaged the software vendor to resolve issues with the secure upload and secure download FTP sites.  Prior to switching to the new servers.  Imagesilo Engineering thoroughly tested these systems, however a bug in the software is preventing access to the secure servers.  Engineers will continue to work this issue to resolution.

ImageSilo Service Bulletin Update – August 30, 2018

This Service Bulletin Update is in regards to the Emergency Maintenance that was declared earlier this morning. ImageSilo engineers have upgraded the FTP database server, which resolved the connection issues customers experienced, and are continuing to monitor the FTP service.
