Purpose: Add new domain controllers.
Customer Impact: ImageSilo engineers will be adding new domain controllers to the ImageSilo network and promoting them. No customer impact is expected. As an additional note, there will be a series of maintenance windows over the next three weeks relating to completing the domain controller replacement process. Notifications will be sent out for each of those.
