Purpose: An upstream network provider will be performing infrastructure upgrades.
Customer Impact: An upstream network provider will be performing infrastructure upgrades (monitoring and IP traffic control). During these upgrades, there may be short periods of packet loss and latency while routes re-converge. Also, during this period, ImageSilo Engineers will make minor firewall adjustments that are expected to produce no customer impact.
