Purpose: Upgrade software and firmware on storage systems and make network topology changes.
Customer Impact: ImageSilo engineers will be updating software and firmware on the core ImageSilo storage systems. These updates will provide better performance, backup processing, and redundancy. It is expected that the firmware updates will make storage inaccessible for a period of time lasting between two and ten minutes. Additionally, it is expected that the storage system software updates will make storage inaccessible for an accumulative period of time of less than ten minutes (due to multiple failovers and failbacks). The network topology changes are not expected to cause any customer impact.
