Purpose: Upgrade firmware and reconfigure network interfaces on systems.
Customer Impact: ImageSilo engineers will be upgrading firmware and reconfiguring network interfaces on domain controllers, web servers, application servers, and database cluster servers. During the domain controller updates, it is expected that there may be up to four interuptions of up to two minutes each as authentication fails from one domain controller to another. During web and application server updates, no interuption is expected. During database cluster server updates, it is expected that there may be up to two interuptions of up to five minutes each as failovers occur (although experience has proven the failovers to be much faster).
