Purpose: ImageSilo engineers will be replacing failed hardware in the ImageSilo storage systems.
Customer Impact: ImageSilo Engineers will replace a failed fibre channel controller in one of the disk trays of a storage system. Due to the redundant nature of the storage systems and the failed part, no customer impact is expected.
