Purpose: Replace failed hardware components.
Customer Impact: An ImageSilo storage system related to the database clusters failed. Due to the highly redundant nature of the architecture, no customer impact has occurred. Vendor engineers have been engaged. Once the replacement equipment is onsite, ImageSilo engineers will be replacing the failed hardware and bringing the systems back online. Although no customer impact is expected, there is always a chance of impact (hence, the emergency maintenance notification).
