Purpose: ImageSilo engineers will be applying a patch to address a Microsoft SQL Server bug.
Customer Impact: ImageSilo engineers will apply a patch to address an intermittent bug which caused a service interuption last night (Feb 5, 2010). The installtion of this patch requires a manual failover of the database servers. During this manual failover, ImageSilo will be unavailable. Each failover is expected to require between 5 and 20 minutes. After the patch, ImageSilo engineers will continue to monitor database servers and work with Microsoft’s escalated support team.
