Purpose: Address degraded FTP performance
Customer Impact: ImageSilo engineers are investigating various issues with FTP performance. Engineers will work to resolve these issues, which includes adding capacity the FTP database server. Due to the nature of increasing database server performance in AWS we expect at least one period of FTP inaccessibility of 1 hour while the database is transitioned to the new server.
