ImageSilo Maintenance Notification – Jul. 14, 2012

Purpose: Make configuration changes to storage systems.

Customer Impact: Engineers will make minor configuration changes to the storage systems to optimize synchronization between our Denver and Omaha facilities. No customer impact is expected.

ImageSilo Maintenance Notification – Jun. 1, 2012

Start Date: June 1, 2012 (Friday)
Start Time: 20:00 (MDT)
Finish Date: June 4, 2012 (Monday)
Finish Time: 04:00 (MDT)

Purpose: Complete work originally scheduled for April 20, 2012 and subsequently rescheduled (and cancelled) for May 4, 2012. An upstream network provider will be upgrading network infrastructure.

Customer Impact: During the previously scheduled maintenance on April 20, the network provider experienced issues moving some data connections to new network infrastructure. As such, the maintenance was not completed. To complete that work, on Friday night, June 1, an upstream network provider will be moving multiple data connections that may affect ImageSilo to new equipment as part of a major network overhaul. After the move is completed, ImageSilo engineers will work with the provider to ensure that all primary and redundant paths are fully operational. No customer impact is expected, however, due to the nature of the issues experienced on April 20, and out of an abundance of caution, we would recommend planning for up to an hour of interruption on Friday night.

ImageSilo Emergency Maintenance Notification – Mar. 14, 2012

Purpose: An upstream network provider will be replacing failed hardware in a core router.

Customer Impact: Network provider engineers will be changing OSPF metrics before and after the hardware replacement to force traffic to redundant links. During these changes customers are expected to experience latency or traffic interruption for up to 10 seconds.
