Purpose: Resolve file storage issues
Customer Impact: ImageSilo engineers are investigating issues with a NetApp OnTap instance in AWS, and have engaged the vendor’s technical support. At this point there is some degradation of E-Forms and full text service for some, but not all entities. It is unknown at this time if additional steps needed to resolve the issue will further degrade performance. Engineers will work this problem to resolution, engaging additional resources as needed.
