Purpose: Relocate primary ImageSilo operations to a new data center.
Customer Impact: The purpose of this maintenance notification is to give you a 30-day notification of a planned ImageSilo service interruption. The ImageSilo service interruption is expected to last three (3) to four (4) hours during the maintenance window and, in consideration of all our valued customers, will be performed in a statistically low usage timeframe, starting Saturday morning. For the first time in the history of the ImageSilo service, over 12 years, ImageSilo Engineers will be relocating our primary ImageSilo operations to a brand new location. The new facility is one of the premier colocation facilities in the country and is located in Centennial, Colorado, just up the street from our corporate headquarters in Greenwood Village, Colorado. Not only will we be moving the ImageSilo operations but we will also be taking advantage of all aspects of this state-of-the-art facility as well as continuing to maintain operations on a separate power grid from our Omaha, Nebraska facility. ImageSilo engineers have spent considerable time planning and staging the move so as to minimize customer impact. However, the extended maintenance window noted above will be utilized to monitor and ensure the delivery of high quality standards our customers have enjoyed since the inception of the ImageSilo service.
