Purpose: Identify and resolve load balancer issues.
Customer Impact: ImageSilo engineers are investigating redundancy issues related to the load balancers which manage ImageSilo network traffic. Engineers may take steps to resolve the issue that cause temporary interuption of ImageSilo services. An update will be posted once the issue has been resolved.
