This Service Bulletin Update is in regards to the Emergency Maintenance that was declared yesterday morning. ImageSilo engineers worked diligently to identify the issue and found it to be the result of a direct violation of the ImageSilo Acceptable Use Policy. Once identified, the issue was addressed with the appropriate parties, and we have subsequently taken measures to ensure this situation will be mitigated in the future.
