Purpose: Upgrade ImageSilo firewall infrastructure.
Customer Impact: ImageSilo engineers will be performing an additional upgrade (in addition to the upgrade performed July 28) of the ImageSilo firewall devices. The expected customer impact of the upgrade operation is up to 15 (fifteen) minutes of inaccessibility. Multiple manual fail-overs will be performed as part of the final verification of the firewalls and are expected to result in several periods of increased latency.
