Purpose: Replace failed hardware in storage filer
Customer Impact: ImageSilo engineers will be replacing failed hardware in one of the storage files. This will require two manual failovers which will stop document access for a period of up to two minutes (each) for certain data stores (many will remain entirely unaffected).
