Purpose: Repair failed storage components.
Customer Impact: At approximately 15:22 MST, ImageSilo engineers identified a failure in one of the redundant components of ImageSilo’s storage infrastructure. ImageSilo engineers have engaged the vendor and will work the issue to resolution. Due to the redundant nature of ImageSilo’s architecture, there has been no customer impact. As in all cases when working on equipment (even redundant equipment) there is always a small chance of impact. ImageSilo engineers expect a period of longer than usual file access lasting approximately 30 seconds to two minutes during the repair of the failed component.
