Purpose: An upstream network provider will be upgrading network infrastructure.
Customer Impact: On Friday night, an upstream network provider will be moving multiple data connections affecting ImageSilo to new equipment as part of a major network overhaul. After the move is completed, ImageSilo engineers will work with the provider to ensure that all primary and redundant paths are fully operational. Up to an hour of service interruption is expected on Friday night.
