Purpose: ImageSilo engineers will transition customer databases from current database clusters to new database clusters.
Customer Impact: ImageSilo engineers will continue the process of transitioning data from the current database clusters to the new clusters with new back-end storage arrays. Customers who have subscribed to the Data Delivery service (those with dedicated databases) will be transitioned first. Customer impact is not expected to exceed 60 minutes for any specific entity as their accessibility will only be impacted during the transition of the specific database in which their data lives. The length of time impacted is dictated by the size of that database. In other words, smaller databases will be impacted much less (i.e. less than 5 minutes) than very large databases.
