Purpose: To enhance security, we will be removing support for older TLS 1.2 cipher suites.
Customer Impact:
No impact is expected for the vast majority of customers. A small number of users identified as relying on the deprecated ciphers have already been notified.
Details:
ImageSilo Engineering will update our network infrastructure to deprecate older, less secure TLS 1.2 ciphers. This change is part of our ongoing efforts to maintain the highest standards for data integrity, security, and availability.
If you wish to confirm that your systems will remain compatible after the maintenance, we’ve enabled a test endpoint that simulates the upcoming change:

This endpoint serves the same data as ImageSilo but excludes the deprecated ciphers. If you can connect to it successfully, your systems are compatible. This endpoint is intended for short-term testing only and is not guaranteed to remain available in the future. If you are unable to connect or encounter any issues, please contact ImageSilo Administration for assistance.
