Purpose: Identify and resolve database performance issues.
Customer Impact: ImageSilo engineers are investigating performance issues with the ImageSilo databases. Software vendors have been engaged and hardware vendors will be engaged as necessary. Engineers may take steps to resolve the issue that cause temporary interuption of ImageSilo services. An update will be posted once the issue has been resolved.
